3. Are there times of day the birds can't fly?
To ensure the safety of the doves, we recommend releasing them 2 hours before dusk. Our release times vary based on seasonal daylight hours. In the summer, we can release as late as 7:00 PM, while in December, releases must be done before 3:00 PM. For further details, please contact us directly.
4. How do I pay for your service?
We offer flexible payment options, including credit card, venmo, cashapp, zelle and cash on day of service.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
Our birds are unable to fly in extreme weather conditions. While we closely monitor weather forecasts, unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the service due to force majeure and will provide a full refund.
For cancellations made within 14 days in advanced prior to the event, a full refund will be issued. However, cancellations made within 15 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
